“Alfred’s Gate is in a great location surrounded by coastline and countryside, and within easy reach of Sidmouth and Exeter. We’re very proud to have worked with Clinton Devon Estates on this project and would encourage anyone looking to move to the area to pop in and visit us”.

Also at the event were Charles Fane-Trefusis, the son of Lord Clinton, Malcolm Williams of Harrison-Lavers and Potburys, John Baulch and Paul Osborne of LHC Design who designed the masterplan for the area to reflect best practice in sustainability, Andy Sykes of Cavanna Homes, and Charlotte Buggins of LiveWest, who will provide the affordable housing.
