“This level of funding, along with the long-term certainty offered by a ten-year rent settlement, provides the vital stability we need to accelerate the delivery of high-quality, sustainable homes across our region.
“This announcement reflects a renewed commitment to tackling the housing crisis, and we stand ready to work in partnership with government to realise this positive vision for our region – making sure the South West plays its part in turning these plans into much-needed new homes, stronger communities, and lasting local renewal.“
