Affordable homes coming to Bridgwater
LiveWest joined up with Countryside, the UK’s leading mixed-tenure development, and Sigma Capital Group to mark the start of work to deliver 260 new homes at the Strawberry Grange development in Bridgwater.
As part of the development, LiveWest will be building 78 affordable homes for rent and shared ownership.
The first homes on this site, a collection of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, are set to be complete by summer 2023.
Sigma will deliver 100 build-to-rent homes at the development under their private rental brand, Simple Life.
It is the first time LiveWest has worked with Countryside on a major house build project.
