Planning For The Future – Homes for the South West response
Homes for the South West members have submitted their response to the government’s Planning For The Future consultation which concluded on 30th October 2020.
Our members are welcoming many of the proposals put forward by the government in this White Paper, and agree that an improved approach to the planning application process, quality and beauty in design, and the provision of infrastructure including affordable housing will be beneficial.
In our response, we also highlight those proposed changes which we believe may have the effect of inhibiting rather than encouraging the delivery of new homes.
