Construction underway to build 94 new homes in Kingsbridge
New homes will soon be delivered to South Devon thanks to a partnership between housing provider and Homes for the South West member, LiveWest, and local independent house builder Devonshire Homes.
Construction has already started at Applegate Park, located off Belle Hill, and will offer a mix of one, two, three and four bedroom homes and includes an affordable homes contribution.
Each of the homes will be constructed to high building quality standards and will offer stylish, practical and modern living space with carefully designed exteriors that remain sympathetic to the local environment.
Applegate Park will offer 94 homes in total which will include a range of exciting new house styles. It is the second collaboration between LiveWest and Devonshire Homes to deliver open market and affordable homes.

The site is located immediately North of Buckwell Close and is close to the A381 linking Dartmouth and Totnes. Applegate Park is well connected to the town itself which boasts plenty of amenities including two superstores, a leisure centre, restaurants and pubs. Kingsbridge has schooling for all ages with the closest being Kingsbridge Community Primary School and Kingsbridge Community College.
